Westmoreland Intermediate Unit Classroom and Personal Care Assistants donated items to The Blackburn Center to spread some Christmas joy. The Blackburn Center is an organization that provides services to victims of domestic and sexual violence and other types of violence and crime in Westmoreland County, and presenting education programs across the community.
