good afternoon and Welcome to our first virtual open house as you know I'm calling touch co-principal clairview School I would like to First give a shout out to the Sea accurate clear view from custodial staff using your time wisely who assistants and their creativity to the countless hours teachers have put into zooming Google classrooms and rearranging their classrooms social distancing all have made considerable contributions to making this new normal safe and productive take a look and see what we've been up to as our life has become so much more digital as a result of several generous donations in the memory of one of our students grandmother we were able to purchase new furniture for our lobby Library a Lobby has taken on an unlock this area will hopefully see books back on the shelves name mounted monitor on the wall to enjoy read along books in the fun activities we do at Clearview we also welcome them couple of new stuff to our office area this is how are there new support staff mr. locher is there a new resource officer they share a socially distant Office Space as we were shutting down we received a grant for a small lab The Sword and staff are using parts of the technology, Wink in their classrooms until we can arrange for a socially distant training in the school speaking of Grants or physical education teacher received and Grant University or an upgrade his program we have added a new logo to the gym floor real scoreboard in music is played all day long in the multi-purpose room we also explored a resources and Technology to put together some great learning opportunities is cleaning and preparations for reopening we're underway we painted each staff got to choose a color coordinating paper social distancing helps map out the area we also remove furniture from the rooms to help accommodate for this distance and cleaning we spend good bit of time evaluating how we did things and how it needs to be changed to stay safe we spent time we thinking or school-wide behavior program instead of weekly shopping at the cafe for the clareview closet on mobile making sure social distance can be accomplished anywhere in Clearview we move tables into the hallway and benches for seats we have witnessed some amazing things in the last 7 months I encourage you now to virtually visit your child's Zoom room to see what else they've been up to just imagine the possibilities
